Starting December 15, 2017, Alliant will no longer accept payments directly into our offices, either in-person or through the mail for regular fees. You may mail or drop off any special assessment and late invoice payments. Your 2018 coupon books have instructions on how you can choose one of three ways to pay. If you are using your bank's bill-pay feature, you need to make sure the information from the coupon book is entered into your bank's system. In addition, you have the option to pay at any BB&T branch with coupon (click here to search for nearest location). If checks are mailed to Alliant, there will be a delay in processing that may result in late charges.  

If your community is assessing for hurricane damage, you may be covered by your insurance policy up to $2,000. Please read the loss assessment overview below.
