Starting December 15, 2017, Alliant will no longer accept payments directly into our offices, either in-person or through the mail. Your 2018 coupon books have instructions on how you can choose one of three ways to pay. If you are using your bank's bill-pay feature, you need to make sure the information from the coupon book is entered into your bank's system. In addition, you have the option to pay at any BB&T branch with coupon. If checks are mailed to Alliant, there will be a delay in processing that may result in late charges. The Towers Condominium Association Won "Comeback Kid of the Year" Award
at Florida Communities of Excellence Awards Gala 

The Towers Condominium Association has won the 2015 statewide competition for the "Comeback Kid of the Year" at the Florida Communities of Excellence awards gala in Westin, Florida on May 16, 2015.

The Towers was confronted with code violations, unit foreclosures, damaged units, and other management issues. In 2006, a new board hired Alliant Property Management tot urn the community around. Finances were audited, a law firm was engaged to address foreclosures, maintenance and repairs were performed, and payment of debts and upgrades to code were arranged.  For more than seven years, the financial situation and physical condition has been put in order, prices have quadrupled from their depressed 2004 values, and foreclosures dropped to only two in 2014.
